Double Invoicing

An offshore company orders goods from an onshore subsidiary. The payment is sent in full to their account. The payment is actually repatriating funds that have been spirited out of the country. If the subsidiary was over charged, they will show lower profits, reducing tax. This can also work in reverse where the subsidiary purchases from the parent at too high a price.
